Simply present your eID card to the member of staff. He or she will then enter your national register number to connect to the Crossroads Bank. If it is not possible to connect to the Crossroads Bank, you will need to ask your health insurance provider for a certificate (valid for 3 months).
You can buy tickets via all available channels, but you have to be able to show your discount card.

Validation for 1 year (65+: validation for 5 years)
Discounts 50% discount on the price of a standard ticket in 2nd class. The discount applies only to the amount of the standard price of single tickets exceeding fixed payment of € 0.9965 (in 2nd class, 1st class: x 1.54).
Surcharges Diabolo surcharge included in the total price. In the case of a round-trip ticket this surcharge is calculated twice. Once for the outward journey and once for the return journey. This is also the case for a ticket VIA Brussels Airport - Zaventem.
