How do you get your new railcard?

Exchanging your master railcard free of charge

When? That depends on the type of fixed rate applicable
  • NMBS/SNCB + TEC HORIZON/HORIZON+: at the latest on the expiry date of the validation ticket of your current travel pass, available immediately
  • NMBS/SNCB + TEC NEXT: at the latest 5 days prior to the expiry date of the validation ticket of your current travel pass, with a waiting time of 4 days.
Where? At any counter in a train station of your choice

What do you need to bring with you?
  • The letter you received
  • Your current travel pass
  • Digital identity card (or passport photo)
