Have you
lost your Large Families card? Good news! The ticket staff at the station that issued your card can
issue a duplicate.
To be issued a duplicate card, you must:
- Bring the application form (pdf) filled in by the head of the family
- Pay a processing fee of € 5
- Submit a passport photo or a photo downloaded from your electronic ID card
Should it not be possible to issue a duplicate, a new application must be made.
