  • Passengers who hold a Campus, a Section or Half-Time Season ticket to Brussels Airport - Zaventem
  • Passengers who travel for free, e.g.:
    • Free passes and free tickets NMBS/SNCB staff (active and retired)
    • Card on Patriotic Grounds
    • Free Carer Card
    • Lower House and Senate
    • Railway police officers
    • Receivables with code 906 and 907
    • a day ticket
  • Railease

No supplement in 2nd class only

  • Children under 12 under Free 4 Kids conditions 
  • Journalists (code 043)
  • Blind persons
  • Uniformed federal and local police officers

Passengers who require additional Diabolo fee

If you’re travelling with:
  • A Seniors Ticket
  • A Go Unlimited
  • A Pass (Go Pass 10, Rail Pass, Key Card, etc.)
  • A day ticket
  • A Thalys or Eurostar ticket with "Any Belgian station" surcharge
  • Receivables with code 901, 903, 904 or 909 (the price of the Diabolo fee is indicated on the ticket issued in exchange for the receivable)
  • Receivable 65B for Proximus and Bpost (in the form of an extra ticket 'Diabolo Surcharge')

In this case, you will need to buy a Diabolo fee (in addition to your normal ticket).
