At Planckendael, you can go from one continent to another in a blink of the eye. In Asia, you’ll meet elephants and the adorable little Qiyo, who is Kai-Mook’s little sister. In Africa, you can watch giraffes, antelopes and ostriches which live in the savannah. The lemurs invite you onto their veranda to mingle with the ring-tailed and black lemurs. In America, it’s penguins that will be waiting for you.
Planckendael brings you closer to the world of animals.

Spring is in the air!
With the arrival of the warm weather, Qabid the baby rhino can at last step outside. Little by little, he explores the outside enclosure. No doubt Qiyo the baby elephant and Qalimba the baby giraffe will capture many hearts at Planckendael this summer! So what are you waiting for?
