No, you can only buy your Google Digital Atelier E-train ticket on this page, as from 26/04/2018.
All you need is the SNCB code from the information e-mail you've received from Google a couple of days before your workshop. This code starts with the number 0 and a capital i. Attention: this information e-mail is not valid as a train ticket.
You can print the E-train ticket yourself or save it to your smartphone, so you've always got it close at hand.
Your Google Digital Atelier E-train ticket is valid on the day of your workshop for a return journey in 2nd class, from any Belgian station to Bruxelles-Central station.
No, if you're departing from Brussels Airport - Zaventem station, the Diabolo fee for your return journey will automatically be added to the price of your E-train ticket.
Yes, you can combine your Google Digital Atelier E-train ticket with your (return) ticket from the foreign railway network to the Belgian border. From there, your E-train ticket is valid to Bruxelles-Central station. When downloading your E-train ticket, enter one of the following first Belgian stations as your departure station:
- from The Netherlands: Essen (via Roosendaal), Noorderkempen (via Breda) or Visé (via Maastricht – Eijsden)
- from Germany: Hergenrath
- from the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg: Arlon, Athus or Gouvy
- from France: Mouscron, Froyennes, Quiévrain, Quévy or Erquelinnes
If you're departing from Brussels Airport - Zaventem station, the Diabolo fee for your return journey will automatically be added to the price of your E-train ticket.
You must be able to show your E-train ticket and identity card upon ticket control on the train during your return journey.
E-train tickets are always issued by name, so they cannot be passed on or sold.
E-train tickets cannot be exchanged, cancelled or refunded.
