In practice, introduce your request

National Journey

At least 3 hrs before departure for a direct journey (without connections) between two of these 18 train stations*

  • Via the Contact Centre at 02 528 28 28 (open every day from 7.00 a.m. to 9.30 p.m.)

*Anvers-Central, Bruges, Bruxelles-Central, Bruxelles-Nord, Bruxelles-Midi, Charleroi-Sud, Denderleeuw, Termonde, Gand-St-Pierre, Hasselt, Courtrai, Louvain, Liège-Guillemins, Malines, Mons, Namur, Ostende, Saint-Nicolas

At least 24 hrs before departure for any journey (with or without connections) at 131 train stations

  • Log in to My NMBS/SNCB
  • Via the Contact Centre at 02 528 28 28 (open every day from 7.00 a.m. to 9.30 p.m.)

If you have to change during your trip, a connecting time of 15 minutes is provided.

Persons with reduced mobility, on foot or whose disability allows them to get out of their wheelchair and board the train without a mobile ramp, are eligible for the tailor-made assistance service also available in other Belgian stations subject to the availability of our staff and the 24 hours in advance booking process.

On the day of travel, please make sure to arrive at the set meeting point at least 20 minutes before your train's scheduled departure.
